The relationship we have had is very special. You have shown true appreciation for the commitment and service that defines TROY Corp. (TROY) and it has been our pleasure to deliver great design products to you. The sense of camaraderie and the level of engagement we have developed together transcends traditional business-customer relationships.

Our unique relationship makes it all the more difficult to share with you that due to unforeseen financial conditions, TROY has been forced to close its doors. All uncompleted orders through TROY will not be fulfilled through TROY. We invite suppliers to contact customers directly to facilitate the completion of customer orders. We also invite customers to contact manufacturers directly to arrange for the completion of each unique order. All manufacturers will be provided with an outstanding list with the status, name of each customer, the products ordered and balances due.

We sincerely apologize to those of you who will experience delays or inconvenience.
